ZTE Nubia N1 

ZTE, the Chinese multinational launched its two much-anticipated smartphones in India today. Titled as ZTE Nubia Z11 and ZTE Nubia N1, both smartphones have previously been released in their home-grown markets. With a bezel-less display and premium configuration, Nubia Z11 is tagged with Rs. 17,000; Nubia N1 is a budget-friendly handset with the price tag of Rs. 11,999 only.

With the big battery, superior camera, and affordable price tag, Nubia N1 is expected to do better business than the premium flagship of ZTE. Let’s have a quick look on detailed specs of Nubia N1 and reasons why one should be by this phone:


Nubia N1 features an all-metallic unibody design which is giving it a more premium look. However, the design of the phone is inspired by Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Weighing 190 grams and measuring 8150.9x75x8.9 mm, the handset looks a little bit bulky.


In the Department of the display, Nubia N1 carries a 5.5-inch full HD screen mated on the screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels with 401ppi pixel density. Instead of a physical button, the phone features soft keys light up in red in the front panel of the phone. In the rear panel, it bears a fingerprint scanner. On the ride edge, it features the volume and power keys, while on the left, it has Micro SIM slot.


At the rear panel, Nubia N1 carries a 13-megapixel snapper which is encircled with a red accent. The same megapixel lens is also located at the upper front of the display. Additional features like f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, and LED flash is empowering both lenses.


Under the hood, the phone carries a set of standard features. Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor coupled with Mali-T860MP2 GPU, Nubia N1 is no different than the current ranges of budget smartphones.


In storage department, it features 3GB RAM and 64GB internal which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot. With the price tag of Rs. 11, 999, such storage capacity is expected.


In battery part, Nubia N1 no doubt excels. There is hardly any below Rs. 15, 000 range smartphone which is carrying a massive 5000mAH battery. With 5, 000mAH battery, the phone is claimed to deliver up to 3.1 days power backup for regular usage and 1.9 days for pro-users.


In the software front, the Nubia N1 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow paired with Nubia UI 4.0 on top of it. As the interface is quite simple, it can be operated without much learning curves.
