2018 Nissan Leaf Comes With More Tech, More Power in Less Money

Nissan just recently has revealed its new 2018 Nissan LEAF electric car having a latest drive technology. The new electrical car is said to be the cheaper one as no other top selling electric car over the world amongst its competitors will match the range of driving.

This second generation Nissan Leaf got unveiled on Wednesday in Tokyo with introducing the more tech, more power and more range than the older one. The cost of the car will be slightly lesser by next month while going on the sale in Japan, with following the United States, Europe, Canada and so on by coming January.

Chief Executive Officer and president of Nissan, Hiroto Saikawa said that, “The new Nissan LEAF drives Nissan Intelligent Mobility, which is the core brand strategy for Nissan’s future. The new Nissan LEAF, with its improved autonomy range, combined with the evolution of autonomous drive technology, such as Pro PILOT Assist and the simple operation of the e-Pedal, strengthens Nissan’s EV leadership, as well as the expansion of EVs globally. It also has the core competency of future Nissan models.”

2018 Nissan LEAF requires 8 hours at 6kW and 16 hours for 3kW to get full charged and if needed, then user can charge upto 80 percent with the fast charger in just 40 minutes. Simultaneously, the Leaf also offers the various modern conveniences on which many automobile industries are working; including the driver assist system of Nissan, called as ‘ProPILOT Assist’ that combines lane keeping and adaptive cruise control.
